Counselling and Supervision in Ashford, Middlesex.
Counselling &Therapy
It is part of human condition that we experience situations and emotions which can at times feel overwhelming.
Counselling provides a contained environment in which you can find clarity of thought and support with emotions.
Presenting issues I have experience in working with are as follows: anxiety,
depression, trauma, addiction, self esteem and self worth issues, relationship issues, sexuality issues, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).
I offer short and long-term engagement for individuals and couples in a counselling relationship, in a safe and confidential environment where problems can be explored.
I work within the Ethical Framework set out by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy of which I am a registered member (see www.bacp.co.uk), and the Code of Ethics.
If you want to find out how counselling or psychotherapy can help you, please feel free to contact me for an exploratory discussion.
If you are a trainee or qualified counsellor, psychotherapist or other health or social care professional seeking clinical supervision, please visit the page marked "Supervision" for further information.
